In our laboratory, many topics are actually investigated by about thirty persons. The use of transition metal (Ru, Rh, Pd, Pt,...) in complexes afford new methods in asymetric hydrogenation and carbon-carbon bond forming reaction. This methods have also been employed successfully in many total synthesis of natural products.
