Chimie ParisTech adapts its teachings to the needs of industry especially in the area of innovation and research technology
The Chimie ParisTech engineering cycle consists is 2100 hours of course work, with about 30% being practical laboratory work, two long internships.
(prerequisites : 2-4 years of higher education, direct entry to second year possible)

Master of Engineering “Ingénieur” (4 to 6 semesters)
Students living in France are selected by a highly competitive entrance examination after a two-year intensive higher education formation in mathematics, physics and chemistry, called “classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles” (admission into the first year, 70% of total students) or after a bachelor of science with excellent results (admission into the first or the second year, 30% of total students).
Foreign students : Degree-seeking applicants must have validated at least three years of higher education studies or hold a bachelor of science degree.
Admission in 1st or 2nd year (3rd and 4th year of higher education), on a case by case basis
Visiting students (non-degree seeking) : from partner universities only.
